Roth Finance

A programmable architecture for on-chain derivatives

Financial infrastructure,
rebuilt for programmable markets.

Define programmable terms, payoffs, and market logic.

  • Derivatives can become software-defined.
  • Risk can become continuously computable.
  • Collateral can become transparent.
  • Settlement can become deterministic.
  • Structured products can become composable.

The Architecture

01

Pricing layer

Provides the quantitative foundation for financial instruments, translating market variables and contract parameters into structured pricing and payoff models.

02

Collateral layer

Establishes the capital foundation behind positions, providing transparent mechanisms for backing financial obligations and managing settlement requirements.

03

Risk layer

Evaluates exposure across positions and instruments, allowing financial contracts to be managed according to defined parameters rather than fragmented processes.

04

Settlement layer

Brings these components together, translating contractual outcomes into deterministic on-chain execution.

The Thesis

Exchanges, clearing systems, pricing mechanisms, collateral frameworks, risk engines, and settlement networks form the foundation beneath every modern financial market.

As markets move on-chain, the underlying infrastructure must evolve with them. Roth Finance is building that infrastructure.

Roth is developing a programmable architecture for on-chain derivatives and structured financial products — bringing together the critical components required to create, price, manage, and settle sophisticated financial instruments within a unified system.

At the core are interconnected layers: market data represents underlying markets; quantitative pricing transforms variables into deterministic calculations; collateral infrastructure supports position backing; risk systems continuously evaluate exposure; and settlement infrastructure converts predefined logic into on-chain outcomes.

Above these layers, Roth enables derivatives and structured products to be expressed as programmable financial contracts rather than static instruments tied to legacy infrastructure.

The objective is not simply to recreate traditional finance with a blockchain interface. It is to rebuild the infrastructure beneath financial products so markets can become more transparent, composable, automated, and programmable.

Financial infrastructure, rebuilt for markets.
